The pre-licensing texts we develop are State specific. They are not industry generic texts developed in large quantities for multi-state use. All law and regulatory information is included in each text. Our text and course developers are experienced insurance professionals, educators and trainers with more than 100 years of collective experience.

Life, Accident & Health
Pre-Licensing Correspondence Course

National Insurance Licensing Associates (NILA) offers approved Life, Accident & Health Pre-Licensing Correspondence courses for the states of:

Connecticut
Pennsylvania
Rhode Island

Once order is received, the candidate will be sent the following:
  • A Pre-Licensing text which includes the appropriate state law and numerous quizzes and sample examination questions thoughout the text.

  • A computer exam disk consisting of 10 exams with over 850 sample exam questions.

  • A Final Examination which is to be administered once the candidate's self-study is completed.
Also available:
  • Optional audio cassette for only $15.
Once the Final Examination is completed, the candidate returns the Answer Sheet for grading to:

If a grade of 70% or better is earned by the candidate, a Certificate of Completion will be issued which verifies the pre-licensing education requirement set forth by the said insurance department has been satisfied.
