Continuing Education Self-Study Courses
Earn your Continuing Education credits through a home study/correspondence course. Each course includes a textbook and Final Exam. The textbook covers the subject area in a direct, concise approach that will provide you with a firm understanding of the subject area.
When the self-study is completed, the Final Exam must be returned to the grading service for scoring. If a 70% or greater score is achieved, a Continuing Education Certificate of Completion will be issued to you within 72 hours of receipt.
All directions/instructions are included in your packet.
NOTE: MASSACHUSETTS only - Effective 1/1/2004, Thomson Prometric, the state C.E. reporting firm, has instituted a Roster Reporting Fee of $.75 per credit. Therefore, this fee will be included in the purchase of your textbook/exam.
APPROVED CONTINUING EDUCATION SELF-STUDY. (Approved state-# credit hours)
LIVING TRUST – (CT-37; ME-20; MA-37; NH-25; PA-45) This course focuses on the use of trusts in the estate planning process, primarily the living trust. Other areas reviewed include but are not limited to: the cost of probate, wills and living wills, the use of life insurance with trusts and estate plans, tax savings techniques and more.
